NOAA

Veregy has been working with NOAA since 2012 with the goal of increasing the overall efficiency and reliability of the existing HVAC systems at their administrative/scientific weather forecast facilities throughout the 14-state Central Region. Veregy’s efforts are focused on the reduction of electrical energy consumption and enhancement of the quality of the indoor environment.
Lake Land College

Lake Land College developed a long-range infrastructure master plan to address deferred maintenance problems utilizing energy efficiency solutions and renewable energy strategies to reduce the college’s carbon footprint and environmental impact. These goals have been achieved through energy-saving initiatives in partnership with Veregy.
Ohio State University

Veregy provided technology, audio visual and security design services for the renovated 116,000 SF laboratory facility. The project delivery consisted of multiple phases utilizing a GMP Process. This project is located on the Columbus Campus of The Ohio State University.
UCLA Medical Center

At Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center (1.26M SF), Veregy delivered an RCx/MBCx project under the UC/CSU/IOU Energy Efficiency Partnership Program, supported by an eQuest model and ASHRAE Level II audit. The team optimized HVAC operations (equipment scheduling and key setpoint resets) and sustained results with BAS-integrated monitoring/analytics, delivering $1.8M in energy savings under a firm fixed price contract.
Adair Co. Courthouse

Veregy’s project with the Adair County Courthouse provides a sustainable solution that renews the facilities’ façade, lowers the long-term operational and maintenance costs, reduces the facility’s consumption of energy, and enhances the quality of the outdoor and indoor environment.
SFO Int'l Airport

Veregy was the Commissioning Authority for the prestigious Terminal 2 Renovation that achieved LEED Gold certification. This project was a complete renovation of the facility and included many energy efficient and emerging technology applications.
