$10,000+ Raised for Appalachian Children Coalition at the 2025 CORAS Golf Outing, Coordinated by Veregy

June 9, 2025

CORAS Golf Sponsors

Thanks to the incredible generosity of over 25 sponsors, 124 golfers, including representation from over 30 school districts, the 2025 Coalition of Rural and Appalachian Schools (CORAS) Charity Golf Outing raised a record-breaking $10,000+ in support of the Appalachian Children Coalition.

Veregy was honored to once again coordinate this annual event, held on June 4, 2025, at Eaglesticks Golf Club in Zanesville, Ohio. The day brought together education leaders, advocates, and corporate partners for a great cause. With beautiful weather and a spirit of friendly competition, golfers enjoyed a full round, skills competitions, meals, and meaningful conversations, all in support of Appalachian youth.

“It is a privilege for Veregy to continue hosting the CORAS Golf Outing benefiting the Appalachian Children Coalition. It gives us great satisfaction knowing that we’re doing something that not only helps school districts and school leaders in our region of the state but also directly benefits children. Everyone had a great time, and we look forward to continuing to support CORAS as a Business Partner and the Appalachian Children Coalition.”
