The City of North Vernon
North Vernon, IN
Veregy collaborated with the City of North Vernon to design and install 3,900 solar panels equal to 2.38MW across 22 different sites. With a combination of solar and demand management, the wastewater treatment plant was able to achieve net zero.

Valley Metro Energy Project
Phoenix, AZ
Veregy partnered with Valley Metro to develop 1.24MW of solar carports converting 76,000 square feet of barren concrete to 3,528 solar panels providing shade for 140 buses. The project was self-funded through solar production and required zero capital from Valley Metro.

Lake Land Collage developed a long-range infrastructure master plan with the goals of addressing deferred maintenance problems and developing a carbon neutral campus that is self sustaining through renewable energy.

Through a facilities management agreement, Veregy manages and operates over 9,000 assets in two different facilities at the airport. In addition, Veregy developed a 25MW ground mounted solar array saving IAA over $1M annually in energy and operational costs.

O'Fallon, MO
Veregy partnered with the City of O'Fallon as Construction Manager for two Energy Savings Performance Contracts in six city buildings and several parks. The project reduced the city's operational and energy cost by $188,000 a year.
