Veregy Projects
Jackson County
With a focus on stretching taxpayer dollars, the County and Veregy worked together to develop a comprehensive scope of work across 25+ locations that will save approximately $34.1M in energy and operational costs for Jackson County.

The City of North Vernon
The City of North Vernon partnered with Veregy to design and install a Guaranteed Energy Savings Project with the goal of a net zero electric bill. Veregy helped the City of North Vernon become Indiana’s first “Solar City” by installing over 3,900 solar panels, equal to 2.38MW, across 22 different sites throughout the city including the wastewater treatment plant.
Reynoldsburg City Schools
Veregy designed and implemented a turn‐key energy project throughout 14 buildings totaling more than 1,175,000 square feet. Energy efficient HVAC upgrades were made throughout the District, as well as LED lighting retrofit and implementation of Veregy’s Digital Services.
Washington County
To reduce operating costs and enhance the working environment, Washington County partnered with Veregy to implement improvements in the Courthouse, County Home, and Children’s Services. This included HVAC equipment upgrades, a new building automation system (BAS), LED Lighting upgrades, replacement/retrofit of water fixtures, and weatherization of windows/doors.
Evansville Regional Airport
Evansville Regional Airport utilized parking lot space by installing 1.3MW of solar powered car canopies to generate more power to offset utility costs, while also providing sheltered parking. Veregy designed and implemented enough solar energy with these canopies to power 50% of the airport terminal building while also providing shelter for customer and rental vehicles.
