OSBA Veregy Certificate

Veregy has been recognized as a 2025 Ohio School Boards Association (OSBA) Business Honor Roll award winner!

This recognition came as a welcome surprise, as we were nominated without prior knowledge by our long-time partners at Teays Valley Local Schools. Their acknowledgment speaks volumes about the value they place on our relationship and the work we’ve accomplished together over the years.

Since our first energy project with the district over a decade ago (2015), Veregy has completed over 10 projects with Teays Valley Local Schools focused on improving energy efficiency, enhancing learning environments, and supporting long-term facility performance. These projects have included:

  • Building automation systems
  • LED lighting retrofits
  • Orchestrate integrations
  • Security upgrades
  • Ongoing technical services
  • Construction of a two-story athletic fieldhouse, complete with basketball courts, track, batting area, weightlifting area, locker rooms, training room, concession area, and more

The partnership continues as, this week, we’re kicking off a $7 million project with the District that includes roofing upgrades, LED lighting, and controls.

The OSBA Business Honor Roll recognizes businesses that go above and beyond to support and provide exemplary service to school districts in the state. We are incredibly proud to be honored in this way and even more proud of the strong relationships and meaningful results we’ve delivered in collaboration with Teays Valley.

“Thank you for your work at Teays Valley. We are grateful to partner with such a quality group of people and company. We also are thankful for your support and donations.”

– Kyle Wolfe, Superintendent, Teays Valley Local Schools

Huge thanks to everyone involved in this long-term partnership! Your work continues to make a difference not just in energy and operations, but in the lives of students, staff, and the broader Teays Valley community.
