The A+ Charter Schools Design-Build Project

A+ Charter Schools is located in Dallas, TX. The project began with a Preliminary Energy Assessment of all 6 schools within the A+ Charter District, with the goal to identify Facility Improvement Measures (FIM) or Energy Conservation Measures (ECM) and prioritize each based on an agreed-upon level of urgency. Veregy was able to provide options consisting of assessments, retrofits, or complete replacement with harmony of A+ Charters short and long-term goals. 

During the audit, we were able to identify the needs in each building for general contracting work related to a host of capital improvements, consisting of mainly retrofit, and in some cases full demolition. This $9M Design-Build project will begin construction in 2023.
