Bio:
Shane has been in the HVAC/energy services business in the state of Michigan for 31 years.16 years as an account executive with Johnson Controls and earned two Masters Club awards. Prior to JCI, Shane was an Operations Manager for Allied Motion for 15 years. Shane brings service and ESCO sales experience in a variety of vertical markets such as Healthcare, K12, Municipal, commercial, and industrial. He is also actively involved in professional organizations such as the Michigan Society for Healthcare Engineering. Shane joined Veregy in 2023 and continues to bring his wealth of experience to the industry.

COVENANT HEALTHCARE
Shane VanCise successfully managed a $6.6 million multi-campus improvement project for Covenant HealthCare, overseeing complex mechanical, HVAC, and energy-efficiency upgrades across the Mackinaw, Cooper, Michigan, and Harrison campuses. His work included boiler and chiller replacements, operating room controls and heat exchanger upgrades, full air handling unit replacements, and targeted kitchen ventilation improvements, along with campus-wide measures such as steam trap replacements, Vending Miser installation, and building envelope enhancements. Through this project, Shane demonstrated strong leadership in delivering large-scale healthcare infrastructure improvements that enhance system performance, reliability, and efficiency.
WEST BRANCH HOSPITAL
Shane VanCise managed a $4.1 million improvement project for West Branch Hospital, overseeing a range of critical infrastructure and energy-efficiency upgrades across the main campus. His work included boiler and air handling unit replacement, lighting upgrades, operating room controls improvements, and a controls software upgrade, along with a cooking hood enhancement featuring variable speed drive technology. Shane also led implementation of Vending Miser installation and building envelope improvements, helping strengthen system performance, operational reliability, and overall facility efficiency.
HOLLAND HOSPITAL
Shane VanCise managed a $3.4 million facility improvement project for Holland Hospital, leading upgrades designed to strengthen building performance, operational reliability, and energy efficiency. His work included replacing controls on all variable air volume (VAV) units with direct digital controls, completing boiler upgrades, enhancing operating room controls, and overseeing building envelope improvements. In addition to these capital improvements, Shane also supported the hospital through ongoing energy engineering services over the course of a year, helping ensure sustained performance and long-term value.
