Marketing and Market Intelligence
Community Engagement
One of Gina’s most distinctive contributions at Veregy is her leadership of community informational campaigns for public bond elections, tax levy initiatives, and sales tax measures. Since the earliest days of her tenure, she has recognized that the most technically sound energy or infrastructure project can stall or fail if the community it is intended to serve does not understand it. Her role is to close that gap by helping school districts, municipalities, and public agencies build the transparency, trust, and grassroots engagement needed to turn a ballot measure into a community mandate.
Across 113 campaigns supported to date, Veregy’s community engagement services, led by Gina, have achieved a 90% success rate. That record reflects a consistent methodology built on clear, honest informational materials, multi-channel outreach, community forums and open houses, and a deep respect for voters’ intelligence and their right to be fully informed before casting a ballot. The goal is never to “sell” a tax increase, but rather to ensure that every voter has the information needed to make a confident, well-reasoned decision.
